First, we want to thank you for considering making our shop yours for auto repair and maintenance. There are many different reasons that our customers like doing business with us, so we thought we would list a few for your review.
We love our loyal customers — we have a lot of them. However, we know that loyal customers are created from great service. We’ve learned a few things in the 4 decades in business.
First, we don’t talk down to you, or over your head. We communicate with you in plain language that is easily understood. We strive to give you options for you to choose from. We never recommend anything that isn’t needed. And we strive to make all of this auto repair and maintenance stuff as affordable as possible — without sacrificing quality.
Here’s a sign that tells much about our level of service. To remain a AAA Approved Auto Repair shop, the AAA must survey our customers annually to inspect how well we’ve provided our service. Our most recent survey results show an amazingly high 100% Customer Satisfaction. This means that every single customer they contacted gave us a big thumbs up on several questions about our service. That says a lot.
In the automotive industry, there is only one nationally recognized institution that evaluates the knowledge of automotive service professionals, that is the ASE (The Institute for Automotive Service Excellence). The ASE tests and certifies automotive service technicians (Mechanics) and others inside of auto repair companies. The ASE also has a very elite status for highly qualified shops — The ASE Blue Seal of Excellence. This means that the shop employs ASE Master and ASE Certified Technicians to a very high level.
Proudly, High Octane Automotive is one of the very few ASE Blue Seal of Excellence Recognized Establishments. At the time of this writing, High Octane Automotive is one of only 148 in the entire state of California out of 10′s of 1,000′s of shops statewide.
We want to make auto repair and maintenance as easy as possible for you. So, here’s a couple ways of how we do it.
With our complimentary shuttle service, just bring your car in for service at your appointment time and one of our staff members will run you home or to the office. Once your vehicle service is complete, we’ll come back out and pick you up at the shop to pick up your car.
We are striving to make auto repair as convenient as ordering pizza. Just schedule a day for service on your vehicle and drive it to work that day (or stay home). We’ll send out a team to pick up the car, bring it back here to the shop, then service it. Once it’s completed we’ll drop it back off, and bring our invoice with us for payment. This is very convenient, since you’re going to work anyway, and the car’s usually just sitting there in the parking lot all day. This way, your repairs and maintenance can be completed with very little inconvenience to you.

Very few auto repair shops provide a free estimate on their repairs. We believe in them though. Although we have some limitations, for most people this helps budget for the repairs. Just give us a call or bring the car by and we can help narrow down your costs.

We know how inconvenient auto repair and maintenance can be and that’s why we have structured our shop’s system to make sure we get your car done the same day it comes in. Obviously, there are time when this is not possible due to large jobs such as an engine or transmission repair, or a backorder of parts. However, for most cars in our shop we get them back to you the same day.
